  1. GAMEPLAY SETTINGS: All-Madden, 6 Minute Quarters, CONE OFF, all sliders at 50 except... Defensive Awareness at 75 (human and cpu), CPU RB Ability and CPU QB Accuracy both at 0.

  2. QUITTING/LAGGING: Quitting games will not be tolerated under any circumstance and is grounds for losing your team. Also, running up the score with a big lead is also intolerable, I know sitting on a lead is almost never a locked deal now-a-days in the NFL, but if you have the game in hand then please just run out the clock. Running up the score will lead to your star player being injured for a couple games. Intentionally lagging kicks, etc. is certainly not allowed either. Good sportsmanship is key.You may not beat your opponent by more than 35 points, IF you win by more than 35 your main star will become injured for 2 games.

  3. ADVANCE: We hope to advance every 3 days. That means you must actively seek out your opponent and get your game played in a timely manner.

  4. GAMEPLAY: We play NFL-style simulation football. Mix up your playcalling on offense and defense.

  5. PRE-SNAP MOVEMENT: You may not manually move any defensive player before the snap; there are plenty of shifts built into Madden which are allowed. On offense, you may use motion and call audibles, but you must give the defense time to adjust anytime your formation changes. The defense should be allowed 2-3 seconds after your offensive formation is set.

  6. TRADES: The commishioner has final say on trades. Trades involving young studs or core team players will be scrutinized very carefully.

  7. 4th DOWN: You may go for it on 4th down as long as you are past the 50 yard line.Fair Play is set to OFF.

  8. SPECIAL TEAMS: You may not kick FGs longer than 60 yards. You must give the punt return time to set before punting the ball. Manual punt blocks are allowed anytime.

  9. Injuries: Injury setting is set to 104 and are set at 100 during simmed games, so if you dont play you may be at risk of injury.

  10. Hurry Up Offense: Hurry up offense may be used at anytime during the game.

  11. User Catch: User catch IS ALLOWED this season as long as you DO NOT zig and zag to confuse the AI. You may also manually control the DB on defense.

  12. Playaction Pass: Playaction may be used anytime during the game EXCEPT on 3rd down. The AI is not smart enough to acknowledge the PA on 3rd down.

  13. I'm certain more rules will be added as guys find ways to exploit the AI or cheese it up. If a rule gets added because of your gameplay, you've likely just lost your team as well.
